The "Tutorial" pdf contains instructions on HOW to save ScreenPrints as jpg files. Save ScreenPrints of those screens (F4 will require 2 screens itself), SaveAs jpg file format, and attach the jpg image files here. THEN, after you've looked at the Sample ScreenPrints from my 3/2007 Build Date 328xi with AT, try connecting to your vehicle and viewing "Functional Jobs > F2 Identification", and "Functional Jobs > F4 Error Memory, ALL Modules". Tutorial pdf contains steps on HOW to check/reset those settings. Windows Updates frequently "resets" to "Latency = 16" or such, and then you get weird Error Messages or "Stopped" during performing a function. I would suggest taking 30 to 60 minutes to Read the attached "INPA Tutorial Quickstart", check your COM 1, Latency = 1 msec settings. It only takes ~ 2 minutes if you've done it before.
